Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all cleaning services provided by David Robertson, trading as Ewe Clean ("we", "us", "our"), of 41 Atholl Place, Linwood, Paisley, PA3 3QZ.

By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

We provide carpet, upholstery, rug, and mattress cleaning services to domestic and commercial customers across Paisley, Renfrewshire, and the surrounding areas listed on our website.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are provided free of charge based on the information you give us. The price confirmed at the time of quote is the price you will pay, with no hidden fees, unless the condition of the property differs materially from what was described (for example, undisclosed heavy staining, pet damage, or excessive soiling), in which case we will discuss any change with you before starting work.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, at our discretion.

4. Access and Preparation

Please ensure we have reasonable access to the areas being cleaned at the agreed appointment time. Where furniture needs to be moved, let us know in advance — we're happy to help with light furniture moving unless items are especially fragile or heavy. We will not move anything which is heavy, bulky or that has electoral or valuable items on or inside.

5. Drying Times

Drying times vary depending on carpet type, fabric, ventilation, and weather conditions, and are typically between a few hours and 24 hours. We'll advise you on expected drying time after each job.

6. Our Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our work, let us know and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost. If you remain unsatisfied after this, we will provide a full refund for the affected service.

7. Liability

We take great care with your property. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or staining that cannot reasonably be removed through standard cleaning methods. We recommend informing us of any delicate, antique, or previously repaired items before work begins.

8. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in advance.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline or stop a job if conditions are unsafe, or if a fair and accurate quote cannot be given on-site.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
